GenU had a complex and difficult workplace relations matter to

resolve that required review and analysis over a multi-year

period and formal rectification.

The challenge is that this matter involved multiple parties to

work together on a work streamed approach to work to a

resolution. The obstacles were many -including legal, systems

and also shaping a solution to systemically address and

resolve the problem.

approach to enable all parties to impactfully work together, be
